Concrete and glass right on the lake, with a lobby that feels more like someone's very ambitious living room than a hotel check-in. The rooms are clean-lined and moody — dark tones, big windows pulling in that Town Lake light. Pool deck gets loud on weekends, which is either the point or the problem depending on your tolerance. Not cheap, but you're paying for the location on Cesar Chavez more than the thread count. Book a river-facing room or don't bother.
