The architecture is low-slung, dark stone, all horizontal lines — it doesn't scream at you. Rooms smell like cool linen and salt air, and the pools spill into each other like they can't decide where to end. It costs a fortune, and honestly the food across the on-site restaurants ranges from very good to just fine. Book a villa with a plunge pool and skip the weekend day-trippers.
