Dark leather, low lighting, and that particular hum of a room full of people who showed up to actually drink well. Sits inside The Hoxton in Fulton Market, and yeah, the hotel-bar thing could go sideways, but the cocktails are genuinely sharp — spirit-forward, well-balanced, no gimmicks. The prohibition-era look is a bit of a costume, but it wears it confidently enough that you stop noticing. Go late, bring a group, and don't rush through the first round.
