The noise hits you first — a wall of Cantonese chatter, clinking glasses, and the unmistakable rattle of dim sum carts threading through tight gaps between packed tables. Sitting in a strip along Boulevard le Carrefour in Laval, steps from the mall sprawl, this place has zero business being as much fun as it is, but somehow it works. The room runs big and loud, built for groups who came to eat with ambition, and the dim sum arrives in proper waves — har gow with good snap, sticky rice in lotus leaf that steams when you unwrap it, siu mai that hold together under chopstick pressure.
