The gardens hit you first — acres of orange trees and roses pressing against old palace walls, the air thick with jasmine before you even reach the lobby. Inside, it's all zellige tile and Art Deco brass, absurdly beautiful in a way that feels heavy and earned, not staged. Rooms range from grand to obscene, some with private pools you won't want to leave. Yes, the price stings. Worth every dirham if you let yourself slow down and just sit in those gardens at dusk.
