Dinner-only Moroccan spot on the Gueliz side of things, where the tagines land on the table still bubbling and the room fills with cinnamon-laced steam by nine o'clock. They pour proper cocktails and decent wine, which isn't a given in this city. Good for rolling in with a group — the portions encourage it, and the energy gets louder as the night stretches. Book ahead, skip lunch fantasies, and don't leave without trying whatever lamb dish they're running that night.
