A boutique property on Washington Ave that punches above its weight — three restaurants, a tapas spot, and a rooftop pool crammed into one building, which sounds excessive until you realize it means you never have to fight for a reservation on Española Way at 9pm on a Saturday. The rooms lean moody and dark, more Havana noir than pastel deco. Rates sting, but South Beach always stings. Grab a cocktail poolside before sunset and skip the lobby crush entirely.
