High ceilings, heavy linen, and the quiet clink of wine glasses inside the Ritz-Carlton — this is French dining that takes itself seriously, and mostly earns it. The room is gorgeous without being suffocating, and the terrace on warm evenings is legitimately one of the best seats on Sherbrooke. The bill will sting, no way around that. Come for weekend brunch if dinner feels like too much commitment — the duck confit eggs Benedict does not mess around.
