Warm room in a converted house on Nepean, the kind of place where the pasta hits the table steaming and nobody's in a rush to leave. Northern Italian leaning, seasonal and serious about it — the handmade noodles have real backbone, and the sauces don't hide behind cream. It's expensive, no way around that, but you're paying for technique, not theatre. Dinner only, and it fills up fast. Book ahead, bring someone worth talking to, and don't skip whatever fresh pasta the kitchen is running that night.
