About The Whalesbone

Smells like brine and butter the second you walk in. This is a proper seafood room on Bank Street — not fussy, not trying to be coastal, just obsessively sourced fish served in a space that gets loud and stays loud. Prices sting a bit, but the oysters justify the damage. Good wine list, better cocktails, and the patio punches above its weight in summer. Go with a group, order the raw bar, and don't overthink it.
