Tiny cocktail spot tucked into the upper Marais where the bartenders work in a space roughly the size of a phone booth and somehow make it look effortless. No reservations, no outdoor seating, no real room to breathe — just a dark, tight counter and drinks that are sharper and more inventive than they have any right to be at this square footage. It gets packed fast and stays loud late. Show up early for happy hour or resign yourself to standing.
