Marble, gilt, chandeliers the size of a small car — the kind of room where your posture improves involuntarily. This is a bar inside the Hôtel de Crillon, and it drinks like one. Cocktails are exquisite and priced to make you wince, but the theatrics of the pour and the sheer weight of the space earn some of that markup. Good for a group that wants to feel like they got away with something. Go late, dress sharp, and don't bother pretending to check the bill.
