About Ambassade d’Auvergne

Heavy wooden beams, vintage posters yellowing on the walls, and the kind of unapologetic regional cooking that Paris keeps trying to modernize out of existence. This is Auvergne food — lentils, pork, potatoes, aligot so rich it could stop your heart. The dining room has a warm, slightly theatrical grandeur, and the prices match that ambition. Not cheap, not subtle, not sorry about it. Bring a group, order the aligot, and don't pretend you're counting calories.

Venerable locale with exposed rafters & vintage posters, serving traditional Auvergne cuisine.
