Meat counter meets dining room on a narrow stretch of the 11th. The smell of dry-aged beef hits you before you even clear the doorway — that deep, funky, almost cheesy perfume that tells you they're serious about what they're cutting. It's tight quarters, no frills, and the focus is singular: properly sourced, properly handled meat. Not cheap, but the quality justifies the sting. Go for the côte de boeuf and don't overthink it.
