About Crêperie Bertine
Butter and buckwheat hit you before you even sit down. A small crêperie on Ledru-Rollin in the 11th that runs on simplicity — galettes with proper lacy edges, sweet crêpes that don't drown in sugar, and cidre that actually tastes like apples. The terrace fills fast and they don't take reservations, so showing up with a group means showing up early. Brunch on weekends draws a neighborhood crowd for good reason. Go for a savory galette first, then chase it with salted caramel.
