About Homer Lobster – Saint Germain

Tiny counter wedged into a Saint-Germain side street, smelling like warm butter and the ocean. The lobster roll is obscenely good for something handed to you in a paper tray — sweet, properly seasoned, the brioche just sturdy enough to hold. Not cheap, and the space is basically a hallway, so don't come expecting to linger. This is grab-and-walk food, which suits the neighborhood perfectly. Get the classic roll, skip the extras, eat it on the nearest bench.

Acclaimed restaurant dishing up lobster rolls, crab rolls & other American eats in a tiny setup.
