Tight little room on Rue de la Roquette, more counter than dining room, the kind of place where you smell everything the second you walk in. Vegetable-forward but not preachy about it — the cooking has actual backbone, real heat, plates that land with conviction. Late-night service is a godsend in the 11th when everything decent has already pulled its last ticket. Book ahead, the space fills fast and they're not set up to squeeze extra chairs in.
