Narrow Marais side street, easy to walk past. Inside it's all bare wood, natural wine bottles lining the walls, and that hum of French conversation that makes you feel like you wandered into someone's very good life. The vegetable plates hit harder than they should — roasted, charred, dressed with whatever's sharp and seasonal. Meat dishes land too, but the kitchen clearly respects the produce more than the protein. Book ahead for dinner; the room is small and it fills fast.
